Job Description

  • Presales activities – study of market and lead generation, working closely with marketing, principal and pre-sales technical teams to help generate demand, participate in events to generate demand, update CRM on timely basis
  • Sales – make techno-commercial proposals, negotiate and close deals in the interest of the organization, coordinate with principals and customers, complete necessary documentation
  • Post Sales – own up customer support, coordinate with internal and principal’s teams, timely recovery of payment

Key Skills

  • Knowledge of industry segments and their primary activities
  • Study & preparation for sales – technically and commercially
  • Verbal and written communication skills
  • Presentation skills to position company and product solution to prospects

2. Inside Sales Executive

Job Description

  • Generating prospective leads, appointment confirmation, cold calling, contact research from social networking sites, primary & secondary web research, handling customers inquiries, sending quotation mailers, following up with the customers for closing of the deal.
  • Direct communication with small and medium Sized Businesses (B2B Sales) to promote our product.
  • Updating daily individual calls, sales reports, creating and maintaining a list/database of prospect clients, ensure the data is cleaned, manage and maintain up-to-date in CRM system.
  • Pitching qualified leads given by the prospecting team and try converting that lead into sales opportunity by qualifying them for sales demo and follow up sales activities.
  • Working from customer lists and/or database, make outbound follow-up calls to our existing customers or prospects to qualify leads and sell products.

Key Skills

  • Proven track record of exceeding sales targets
  • Ability to prospect and identify new business opportunities
  • Strong communication skills and good excel knowledge

3. Technical Manager

Job Description

  • Applicants are welcome from either a design background or a technical consultant background.
  • Providing pre and post-sales support for Solid Edge; working within a team providing telephone and remote technical support to engineering companies. Along with excellent communication and troubleshooting skills, ability to follow through are essential. Delivering classroom based product training.
  • Supporting customers and internal staff with technical queries face to face, by telephone and via email.

Key Skills

  • Ideally a minimum of 2 years in industry designing mechanical products.
  • Those with previous CAD technical support experience would be at an advantage.
